Adding your organization to GPTWeb

To add or update your organization information in GPTWeb, head to the Admin Panel (press Cmd+Ctrl+A on Mac or Ctrl+Alt+A on Windows/Linux), then navigate to Branding → Site Tokens. There you can set your organization name, address, website, support email, and more. These values power personalization tokens used across emails, campaigns, and your AI assistant.

Once saved, your organization details are instantly available as tokens (e.g., {{raw:site_company_name}}) across all email templates, AI campaigns, and agentic workflows.
