Custom Domains on GPTWeb

Hello! Custom domains let your organization use a branded URL like ai.yourcompany.com instead of the default GPTWeb address, complete with auto-managed SSL certificates and a fully professional visitor experience. Custom domains are included starting at the Starter tier (1 domain), with Pro offering 3 and Enterprise offering 10 or more. The Free tier does not include custom domains, so companies like your organization looking to launch on a branded URL would start with Starter or above.

Setup is self-service from the Admin Panel under Branding → Custom Domain. You add your domain, configure two CNAME records (one for SSL verification, one for routing to gptweb-lb.gptweb.com), and the platform handles SSL provisioning automatically — typically active within an hour.
