Understanding What You Pay For
Tokens - AI conversation processing units. Roughly 75 words = 100 tokens (or 1 token ≈ 4 characters). A typical conversation uses 500-2,000 tokens. Tokens count user messages, AI responses, RAG context retrieved from your knowledge base, and system prompts.
Visitors - Unique people who interact with your AI assistant. Tracked by browser fingerprint, so returning visitors don't count multiple times within the billing period.
Crawled Pages - How many pages we'll index from your existing website to build your knowledge base automatically.
Overage Pricing
If you exceed your plan limits, overages are affordable:
- **Tokens:** $0.015 per 1,000 additional tokens
- **Visitors:** $0.10 per additional visitor
- **Pages:** $0.50 per additional crawled page
Real Example: Pro plan user with 5M tokens included uses 6.2M tokens in a month:
