Live Visitors

Hi, Welcome back! The Live Visitors feature is found inside Visitor Management — just click the "Live" tab at the top of the panel. It gives you a real-time window into everyone currently active on your site.

For each active visitor, you can see their active or idle status, how long they've been in their session, the last prompt they submitted in chat, where they came from (traffic source), their location, and the device they're using. Clicking any visitor opens a full profile with their segments, recent activity, and engagement metrics — giving you deep context on who's engaging and how.

This is part of GPTWeb's broader Live Visitor View capability, feeding directly into AI Segmentation and AI Scoring so every visit becomes actionable intelligence — not just a number in an analytics report.
