Inviting a Team Member to Work on an Account

Hello! at your organization, collaborating with team members is straightforward using GPTWeb's invite-based flow. Here's how to bring someone in to work on an account without sharing passwords.

Steps to Invite a Team Member

  • Go to the **Manage Users** tab in the Admin Panel
  • Click **"Invite New User"** (the paper plane icon)
  • Enter their **email address**, **first name**, **last name**, and assign a **Role** (Administrator, Content Manager, or Analyst)
  • Click **"Send Invitation"** — they'll receive an email with a link to set their own password
  • Their status will show as **Pending** until they activate their account, then switch to **Active**
